At our gyms in Cypress & Hockley, we use science-based programming to build athletes. We utilize performance treadmills to refine mechanics, build explosive power, and generate top-end speed. That foundation is reinforced through ground-based drills that enhance linear and lateral movement, speed, and agility. To round out development, our speed training is paired with an age-appropriate strength program that emphasizes proper mechanics and progressive lifting to maximize strength and overall athleticism.
