At Max Speed & Strength, we’re more than just a training facility—we’re a locally owned and operated performance training center committed to developing athletes across Cypress, Tomball, Katy, Spring, and the greater Northwest Houston area. In just four years, we have trained over 2,200 athletes, helping them gain a competitive edge in speed, strength, and overall athletic performance.

Founded by a CFISD graduate, our roots run deep in the local community. With all three of his children also CFISD graduates, our owner understands the importance of developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel both on and off the field. We are passionate about helping young athletes at every level—whether they are just beginning their journey or competing at the highest levels.

High-Speed Treadmill Training for Maximum Results
We utilize Tuff Tread high-speed treadmills to train athletes at speeds they may not achieve outdoors, reinforcing sprint mechanics, acceleration, and endurance while reducing injury risk.

Flexible Scheduling & Multiple Locations
With three training locations and a variety of training options, we make it easy for athletes to train around their busy school and sports schedules.
